Less frequently seen 2nd (or 3rd?) generation C Record headset, identified by it's black plastic rings in the cups (like the newer Record headsets).
Condition
Great used condition. It is nicer in person than in the pics, but there are certainly some minor marks here and there. Not for a show bike, nice enough for most riders. Cups/bearings/races have minimal wear and this thing spun super smoothly when installed on the track bike it came from.
