We will ship anywhere in the world! To get a shipping quote, add your items to your cart and click the "estimate shipping and tax" button. Enter your country/zipcode, and click the "estimate shipping and tax" button again. A shipping price will then appear.
Most small parts orders are shipped USPS Priority mail. We strive to ship same or next day for parts, though some circumstances may require a day or two more. Bikes, frames, and wheels may be shipped Fed-Ex. These larger items may also takes a day or two longer at times, due to packaging and shipping labor required.
Most small items will be shipped in USPS Flat rate PADDED envelopes with copious amounts of padding. We have found this to be the safest method of packing, even safer than boxes. They are completely waterproof, are extremely tear resistant, and can't be crushed like a box. We pad items well enough that you could drop the package from 5 feet and the package will bounce off the ground and sustain no damage or impact to the product. Try doing that with cardboard!
We strive to offer you fair shipping prices on your order. If you are ordering a large number of items, contact us and we may be able to offer you a better shipping rate. Our shipping calculator is far from human, but we try to be as human as possible :) Most items will be shipped out same or next business day. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders within the USA over $150 (Excluding complete bikes, frames, wheels, and mountain bike forks)
Used and vintage merchandise will be sold as-is. Please understand that these parts have been used or are up to 60 years old. While we cannot and will not guarantee used parts, we do our best to work something out with you. Each part is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested by a professional mechanic (when possible), so the risk of a defective product is significantly lower than on Ebay, Craigslist, or via other private party sales networks.
*Used cassettes & chainrings are sold as-is, and returns will not be accepted due to them skipping with your drivetrain. We cannot reasonably test these to ensure they will work with your old or even new drivetrain parts. We do our best to examine the parts to ensure an accurate description of the condition.
New merchandise may be returned within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charge will not be refunded. If the merchandise has been opened or shows signs of being installed or used, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. New merchandise is defined as any product listed as "New" or "New in Box (NIB)".
In the event of an obvious mistake in a listing, or we send you the wrong part, we will refund the original price and original shipping charge. We will also pay return shipping, up to the amount of the original shipping charge. These are rare occurances, but we don't want you to pay for our mistakes!
Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.
