Absolute bargain on a couple very important bike shop tools for every mechanic! The highlight of the group is the VAR 02 third hand brake tool. This absolutely murders the Park 3rd/4th hand tools as far as ease of use! This acts as a clamp, to hold your brake caliper to the exact tightness you want it while you adjust the cable tension. Use the large set knob/screw to hold it firmly in place. These sell for $30-$120 on Ebay, so if you want to try one of these this lot is a no brainer.
Other parts of note are a cassette lockring tool for Sram/Shimano type cassettes, a 14mm Park crank bolt wrench, and three Park spanners (one is the flat pin type thats great for adjusting freewheels)
