Park Tool BTS-1 Bottom Bracket Tap & Handle Set: English - Vintage Made in USA
This the earlier USA made version of the Park BTS-1 tap set. It is reputed to be higher quality to the current model (which may not be made in the USA completely). The most obvious nicer feature is the removable handle arms that thread on to the main shaft body (like the VAR 380 BB tap). The current version has welded on arms.
This set includes left and right taps with English/BSA threads, but does not have the 45 degree facer (that sells for $75 new on it's own)
From the Manufacturer: The BTS-1 is a precision tool system which provides a piloted means of tapping the threads in the bottom bracket shell of a frame. After tapping, the taps act as guides to keep the (not included) facing cutter perfectly square with the axis of the bottom bracket for cleanup of the faces of the bottom bracket shell.
Excellent lightly used shape. I acquired this from a bike shop with a 30 year history that closed recently. These have marks from use and storage, but have no damage. Taps appear sharp, but they have not been tested.
